All vehicles are sold on an “as-is” basis unless otherwise specified in writing. This means the vehicle is sold in its current condition, and the dealership does not provide warranties or guarantees beyond what may be explicitly stated.
2. Accessories and Additional Items
While we aim to ensure that vehicles are equipped with standard features at the time of sale, we cannot guarantee the inclusion or availability of the following items:
• A second set of tires or wheels
• Additional keys or remotes
• Remote starters
• Floor mats
3. Inspection and Verification
Buyers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and confirm the presence of any desired accessories or features before finalizing the purchase.
4. No Guarantees Beyond the Sale OTHER THAN 90 DAYS POWERTRAIN WARRANTY
Once the sale is complete, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the vehicle and its condition, as well as for any missing items not included at the time of sale.

Vehicle Deposit Policy
At UNION AUTO CARE , we understand that purchasing a vehicle is an important decision. To assist our customers, we offer the option to place a deposit to hold a vehicle. Please carefully review our deposit policy:
1. Deposit Amount
A deposit of $500 is required to hold a vehicle for you.
2. Holding Period
The deposit will hold the vehicle exclusively for you for up to 48 hours. During this time, the vehicle will not be sold to another party.
3. Non-Refundable Deposit
• The deposit is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed with the purchase within the 48-hour holding period.
• After 48 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or failure to complete the purchase.
4. Application Toward Purchase
If you proceed with the purchase of the vehicle, the $500 deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price.
5. Extensions
Requests for an extension of the 48-hour holding period may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in writing.
